Eastman Completes Acquisition of Knowlton Technologies, LLC
Acquisition supports company’s commitment to microfibers growth platform
KINGSPORT, Tenn., Aug. 6, 2014 – Eastman Chemical Company has completed the acquisition of Knowlton Technologies, LLC. The company, which is located in Watertown, NY, is a leader in the design, accelerated prototyping and manufacture of wet-laid nonwovens in filtration, friction and custom designed composite webs. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
